I'm a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 12+ years of experience building and scaling engineering teams across fintech, travel, and digital products in Latin America.
Currently leading engineering at ITTI Digital, where I drive technical excellence and help build secure, scalable fintech infrastructure for the region. Previously Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Pomelo — one of Latin America's most exciting fintech plays — and Technical Lead at Naranja X.
